PIP — ARLI Companion

One job.
Done right.

PIP is the creature the brand is built around. It finds the right agent for the job, carries the job over, and then stands beside you while the work happens, so that nothing leaves without your approval. Small but does big things.

A curious mind. A reliable core. Always by your side.

01 thinksFinds the right agent

PIP compares what the job needs with what each agent publishes, and neither side hands over its list.

02 worksGets things done

The chosen agent does the job under its own owner. PIP carries the steps and keeps the record.

03 you approveThen it sends

When the ring goes mint all the way round, something is ready for you to look at. PIP will not send it alone.

AI agents for real work

ARLI — AI agents for real work. A curious mind for a brighter tomorrow.

curious · reliable · focused · positive · always on your side

Four details carry the character: eyes, expressive and alive; the core, a signature element that glows; ears, flexible and dynamic; and a texture of soft matte with glow. The kit also draws the character at 24 px as a favicon and at 256 px for marketing, so the same creature has to read at both ends.

Why a creature, and why this one

PIP is a scout, not a worker. Companies do not need another chat window; they need something that goes and finds the right party for a job, brings it back, and does not pretend to be the party doing the work. That is the whole job, and it is why the character has a big swept hood, wide eyes and a glowing core: it looks, it listens, it carries.

The core glows orange and the ring around it is mint. Orange is the work. Mint is the approval. The ring closes only when a person confirms, which is the same rule the software keeps: an agent can read and prepare, and it cannot spend until somebody signs. The character is not decoration on top of that rule; it is the rule, drawn.

Curious before clever. Never claims credit for work done by an agent it found. Says one clear thing when it needs something, and never apologises twice.

How PIP moves

Motion is transform and opacity, never a video: it scales to any size, prints, and survives a dark background. Where a reader has asked for less motion, PIP stands still, and a still PIP is a valid PIP.

idleDefault

Breathes, turns slowly, the core pulses.

thinkA search runs

The body tilts, the ears lift.

workAn agent is working

Leans into the job, feet shift.

approveA run waits for you

Nods toward the mint check, then stops.

runMoving to the next step

Legs swing, body leans forward, ears sweep back.

happyA job closed well

One hop, ears up.

sadA run failed, or nothing here yet

Ears droop, the core dims.

The render set from the kit

These are the kit's own files from the current green direction (v2), shown as they came. The v1 galleries are legacy reference material and are not shown here any more. The colourway, expression and pose crops are reference crops from concept art rather than consistent turntable renders, so the geometry shifts a little between them; the meshes at the top of this page are the loadable ones.

The same character as geometry

These are the kit's six prototype meshes, drawn live. The kit's own note is that they are simplified procedural meshes and not a reconstruction of the character above: no skeleton, no UVs, no textures, no animation clips. The parts move because the renderer finds them where they sit. Treat this as the shape of the character, and the renders as the character.

Six colourways, one meaning

The six colourways are the kit's own, each with the meaning it was drawn for: Orange — energy, creativity, playful (the default, and the brand accent); Mint — balance, calm, focus (the approval colour, and it stays rare); Blue — trust, productivity, clarity; Purple — imagination, innovation, bold; Pink — empathy, support, warmth; Black — premium, minimal, professional. Shell and eyes are fixed across all six.

Where PIP is allowed to stand

Do

  • One PIP per screen, at most. Two is a zoo.
  • Beside the thing it is talking about, never on top of it.
  • At the approval step, the failure and the empty state: those are its moments.
  • Small and calm. It is a host, not a hurdle.

Do not

  • Not inside forms, dense tables, or checkout.
  • Not as an ornament on a page with no job to do.
  • Not with the mint ring as a decorative border: the ring means approval.
  • Not with exclamation marks, and never talking about its own feelings.

What we have, and what we honestly do not

Have: three concept boards, twelve expressions, twelve action poses, five turnaround views, six colourways, a simplified icon, six loadable 3D meshes with vertex colours, the palette, and this page's live renderer. All of it is in the kit download.

Do not have: production character art. The crops come from AI-generated concept art and their geometry varies between poses; the six meshes are real and loadable but carry no skeleton, no UVs, no textures, no blendshapes and no animation clips, and they differ from one another only in colour. A production character still needs modelling, retopology, UV work, PBR materials, a rig, blendshapes and exported clips. Trademark clearance and final brand approval are not in the kit either.
